William Bass, PhD, retired faculty from the University of Tennessee and reknowned forensic anthropoligist discussed "Forensic Case Presentations" at Surgery Grand Rounds this morning. Dr. Bass is noted for establishing the UT Forensic Anthroplogy Center, founded to generate information about post-morten remains when exposed to various experimental conditions. He delivered his presentation to a full room of faculty, residents and staff. In recent years, Surgery Grand Rounds has featured other prominent UT figures including Joan Cronan, Women's Athletic Director, and Phillip Fulmer, former UT Football Coach from 1992 to 2008.
