Jones, Carlson Featured as HPV Experts

Anna Lisa Jones, MD	Eric Carlson, MD, DMD

In a UT The Daily Beacon newspaper article, "HPV proves common among young population," Anna Lisa Jones, MD, Chief Resident, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Eric Carlson, MD, DMD, Chair, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, provided expert advice and opinions on the effects and prevention of human papillomavirus (HPV).

Currently, Carlson is conducting research on the prevalence of HPV in oral cancers, and OB/GYN has produced a brochure for patients and community members explaining Pap test results, including HPV prevention.
