Genetics Invites GSM to Attend Clinical Genetics Lectures The Department of Medical Genetics and will be offering a graduate level course--Comparative and Experimental Medicine 611 (CEM 611)--in Clinical Genetics during the Spring 2006 semester starting in January. Lectures on various aspects of human genetic disease will be offered for registered graduate students and upper level undergraduate students. Faculty, Fellows, Residents and Staff are welcome to attend any and all lectures. The classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning January 12. Classes will be held in the second floor Research Center Conference Room. A list of dates and tentative subjects is available. For more information please contact Dr. Karla Matteson.

Department of Surgery Grand Rounds Darren B. Schneider, MD, Assistant Professor of Surgery and Radiology, Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, will present at 7:00 a.m. Surgery Grand Rounds, on Thursday December 1. The topic of his lecture will be "Endovascular Repair of Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms."
