Research Project

Development of a microtiter plate assay to study biophysical properties of synthetic polyglutamine aggregates. Based on the ability of polyglutamine aggregates to be extended by polyglutamine monomers, we have developed an assay to study the biophysical properties of these aggregates. This assay is also used to screen potential inhibitors of polyglutamine aggregation.
