Photographic and Digital Media Resources
GSM printing and copying requests are to be routed through Graphic
Arts Service for processing or procurement. Outside vendors may
be consulted after checking with the UT Graphic Arts Service. An
authorization number is required. Please contact the business
office for an authorization number.
Graphic
Arts Service
Graphic Arts Service provides printing and duplication services
to faculty, staff, and students. Reproduction equipment ranges from
black and white copiers to multi-color printing presses.
Basic design and layout assistance on simple projects is also available.
Creative Services, 91 Communications Building, provides design
and editorial assistance on more involved projects.
The Graphic Arts Service main office is located at 2021 Stephenson
Drive with satellite copy centers at 260 Communications Building,
58 Glocker Business Administration Building, and 202 Conference
Center Building.
The main office and Copy Centers are open 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Graphic Arts Services operates a Quick Copy Center
in Room 260 Communications Building, open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday,
for faculty, staff, and students.
Departments may charge to their departmental accounts.

DMS will digitize, store and deliver audio, video, images, and text for instructional use at no cost to faculty members. Digitization services for non-instructional use will also be available at competitive rates.
DMS will assist customers in securing permissions and managing other copyright issues or provide referrals for related services: use of technology in instruction, video production, software training, etc.

Available to University of Tennessee staff only. The Studio is a digital media laboratory providing Adobe suite, Macromedia suite, Office, Quark XPress, and other media production tools on both Windows & Macintosh computers. One-on-one assistance at the computers or consultation is by appointment only. A University of TN ID is required to use the laboratory.
In addition, Preston Medical Library has two digital cameras that can be checked out for immediate use on campus.
