Beam Business Card

 

To beam your business card to someone else, line up the infrared areas on the PDAs. Under Record in the drop down menu, select "beam business card." The device will start looking for another device, and the data (your business card) will be transferred to the other PDA. This is an easy, efficient way to import contacts into your Palm!

Another way to beam the business card is by lining up the infrared areas on the PDAs and holding down the address function button, which will look something like this:

This will automatically beam your business card.
