Directions
The Preston Medical Library is located in the UT Graduate School of Medicine Building. The UT Graduate School of Medicine Building is clearly marked at the top of the building. There is a sign for the library just outside the entrance to the building. The library is the first door to the left.
The first floor of the facility contains the following areas:

Library Director's Office
Interlibrary Loan Office
Database Services
Computer Workstations
Current Periodicals
Computer Laboratory
Conference Room
Computer Training Laboratory
Professor's Lounge
Staff Room
The ground floor of the library is the "stacks" area. The book section is located to the right of the elevator. The periodicals are located in alphabetical order with the "A's" beginning at the left of the elevator.
Driving Directions
Directions from Alcoa Highway/129 - After taking the Cherokee Trail
exit, turn right onto Physicians Drive (this goes between two Physicians
Office Buildings.) After you pass through the parking ticket gate
turn left into the visitor parking garage area. At the surface parking
area, the building to your right is the UT Graduate School of Medicine
(clearly marked at the top of the building). The library is at the
entrance closest to the hospital. There is a large sign for UT Occupational
Health Services and Preston Medical Library.
