Reserving Library Facilities & Equipment
The Preston Medical Libraries Joellen S. Fordham Conference Room is available for Graduate School of Medicine and UT Medical Center use. The room will comfortably seat 20 people, meetings for groups larger than 20 will not be scheduled. Pre-boxed meals may be served, but buffet style meals may not be served.
For groups of 20 persons coming from off-campus, the scheduler must contact the Security Department at UT Medical Center (305-9540) for parking accomodations before space is booked.

Computer Training Classroom
The Computer Training Classroom has eight computers, a podium with teaching computer, ceiling mounted projector and Smart Board. The training laboratory may be scheduled for classes. Software includes Microsoft Office applications and SPSS statistical software. Installation of software for special training events must be scheduled several weeks in advance.

Computers Available for Checkout
UTGSM faculty, resident & academic departments may check out laptop computers and LCD Projectors. Call the library for details at 305-9525 or contact us via email to schedule the equipment.
