The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Launches Redesigned, One-Stop Cancer Resource Web Site! NCI says that Cancer.gov ( http://cancer.gov ) is a dramatically improved, easy-to-navigate Web site, and a one-stop resource for cancer information. This includes PDQ® (Physician Data Query) . PDQ is NCI's comprehensive cancer database. It contains peer-reviewed summaries on cancer treatment, screening, prevention, genetics, and supportive care; a registry of approximately 1,800 open and 12,000 closed cancer clinical trials from around the world; and directories of physicians, professionals who provide genetics services, and organizations that provide cancer care.

ClinicalTrials.gov

eMedicine
The library license is for two concurrent users. eMedicine offers full text access to 7,000 chapters and 25,000 images. Downloads for popular PDAs and handheld computers are included, as are CMEs for physicians and CEUs for nurses and pharmacists.
Hardin Meta Directory
Internet Health Sources--"We list the best sites that list the lists. Currently there are over twenty actively participating member libraries.
MD Consult

MD Consult develops and operates a family of online medical information services to meet the clinical content needs of physicians and other health care professionals. Founded by leading medical publishers, MD Consult integrates peer-reviewed resources from over 50 publishers, medical societies, and government agencies. Available for use from UT Graduate School of Medicine & UT Medical Center computers only. The Preston Medical Library has a site license for three concurrent users.
