Cynthia
Vaughn
is the Clinical Librarian. She began working at Preston in
2005.
Degrees:
Bachelor
of Arts in English Literature from UT Knoxville , Master of
Library and Information Science from LSU Baton Rouge
Fun
Fact: She was born in Tennessee, but she has lived
in 13 states.
Cynthia
works closely with the Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, and Oral Surgery
departments-attending various meetings, teaching classes,
and helping with research. Most literature searches have the
potential to directly impact patient care. She also works
on the reference desk at least 10 hours per week, teaches
classes, and does literature searches.
