Venue Worksheet
- Venue: the title of the venue; example is Chest X-ray conference
- Location: the main site of the venue
- Faculty: a list of all involved faculty
- Schedule: the usual schedule for this activity
- Links to Curricular Area: list any links to curricular area's; this can be broad answer such as "all" for noon conference, or narrow like "pulmonary medicine" for Chest X-ray conference
- Primary Goals: description of how this venue will help to meet the curricular area goals or specific residency requirements
- Resources: a list of available resources to assist the resident in learning; examples are audiovisual materials, computer simulator programs
- Method of Resident Evaluation: if pertinent, state how residents will be evaluated in both a subjective and objective manner
- Method of Venue Evaluation: state how residents will be able to provide feedback regarding their experience with the venue
- Feedback: if pertinent, state how residents will receive feedback regarding their performance in this venue
- Suggestions for change: how can we improve this venue?
