The Neurology Division serves a large population, including people from multiple countries, ethnic backgrounds, gender diversity and socioeconomic status, allowing residents to be exposed to a diverse population. During their training, residents will learn to work in alliance with patients, their families and with other health professionals (therapists, social workers, case managers, administrators, mid-level providers and consulting physicians). In every interaction, residents are expected to always maintain professionalism, decorum and respect for the patients they serve, their family and for the different team members.
