Section of Critical Care Medicine
The Section of Critical Care Medicine is in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine and consists of board certified intensivists involved in the day-to-day function of the medical intensive care unit, as well as attending on the critical care medicine service. The critical care medicine attending physician leads daily patient management rounds at the bedside, supervises every procedure, and is continuously available to the ICU house staff as well as outside physicians for consultation.
