Jane V. White, Ph.D., R.D.
Dr. Jane White is professor in the Department of Family Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Department of Nutrition and Food Science. Dr. White is actively involved in the American Dietetic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians at the national, state and regional levels. She served as the ADA president, 2000-2001, and is currently a member of the ADA Foundation Board. She has written numerous publications and is in demand as a national and international speaker and author.
