Anne S. Roberts, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Anne Roberts is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the City of Memphis/University of Tennessee Hospitals. She practiced pediatrics in Jacksonville, Florida and Milwaukee, Wisconsin for ten years. Dr. Roberts served three years as flight surgeon with the United States Navy in the late 70s and has been active in the reserves. While serving as an instructor in the Department of Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, she completed a master of public health degree. She was occupational medicine officer at the Washington Naval Yard and then head of the Occupational and Preventive Medicine at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. She joined the Knoxville program in 1997 after seven years as medical director of K-25 site for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She is director of Employee Health Services. Dr. Roberts has served three years as the national secretary/treasurer for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
