Q: How can I register for a conference?
A:

We accept registrations from our on-line link for each program, mail with payment to our office, fax with a credit card payment, or phone with a credit card purchase.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A:

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.


Q:

What is the cancellation policy?

A:

Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administration fee and must be made in writing. No refunds will be made two weeks prior to the program start date. Substitutions for registrations are acceptable if made prior to the program.

 

Q: Will I receive receipt and confirmation?
A:

After our office registers you for a conference you will receive a confirmation letter by mail.


Q: What do I do if I need a replacement copy of a credit letter?
A:

Please contact our office and supply us with the date of the program, your full name, and social security number.

 

Q: Where can I find information for lodging?
A:

Each brochure will have group arrangements or you can go www.knoxvilletennessee.com for other area lodging.
