Health literacy affects our ability to understand and process information regarding health. It has no geographic, economic or educational boundaries.
This conference will allow attendees to
- Better understand the epidemiology of limited health literacy
- Grasp the scope of limited health literacy
- Put into practice successful methods for communicating with limited-literacy patients
The course will be the same format, same speakers, given twice in one day. When registering, choose to attend either the morning session or the afternoon session.
