Well informed and motivated diabetic patients have higher survival rates and better quality of life.  As coaches, cheerleaders and supporters, the healthcare team takes the lead in educating, managing and motivating patients. 

This conference offers every member of the healthcare team a game plan that includes skills to

  • Improve outcomes for hospitalized diabetics
  • Properly prescribe new medications
  • Increase the chance of long-term survival for patients
  • Advise patients about “natural” remedies and
  • Empower patients.
