Course Overview
The Twelfth Annual Primary Care Provider Conference is designed to address the critical need for clinicians to stay informed about evolving guidelines and evidence-based practices in outpatient care. This conference will provide updates on key topics, including new treatments for cardiac arrhythmias and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the latest recommendations for colon cancer screening and hormone replacement therapy, strategies for end-of-life care discussions, addiction medicine, and the best practices for the judicious use of outpatient antibiotics. With a focus on practical application, this event aims to empower busy healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes by integrating the most current advancements into their practice.
This conference is partially funded by the John A. Eaddy, MD Diabetes Education Gift Fund.

The University of Tennessee College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses may use these credit hours toward certification renewal. This credit is acceptable by the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), American Nurses Credentialing Association (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Professional associations may choose to convert the hours earned to contact hours. Please contact your certifying board to ensure these credit hours will be accepted.
