Primary care providers are often the first points of contact for patients, regardless of the nature of their problem. Providers face increasing demands to recognize and treat a range of conditions, including diabetes, anemia, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, and sleep disorders. This conference will equip providers with evidence-based strategies to manage these common primary care conditions effectively. Additionally, healthcare providers will gain essential skills to identify and address healthcare inequities. Participants will leave with actionable insights to reduce disparities and deliver more equitable care in their practice
This conference is partially funded by the John A. Eaddy, MD Diabetes Education Gift Fund.
