Program Performance
Program policies are outlined in the fellow handbook which is reviewed at the beginning of the fellowship with the Program Director.
Faculty Performance Evaluation
An anonymous annual review of the program is completed by each fellow at the end of each PGY year and reviewed by the key faculty to help with program improvement.
Annually, the Chair of the Department of Medicine reviews all faculty evaluations completed over the course of the year by trainees (including fellows and Medicine residents who have trained with the cardiology disease fellowship faculty) and compiles a faculty evaluation summary in a manner that preserves the confidentiality of the trainee evaluators.
